A Property Specific rider is considered a rider that was constructed specifically for the use on one specific property.  Due to the specific nature of this type of rider being used for one property, upon removal of these types of riders, Fastpost will store for a period of 7 days and then discard them.  Agents have the option of removing the Property Specific rider prior to placing the removal order or an agent can also request that we leave the Property Specific rider at the property.  Examples of these types of riders are:  “1.33 Acres”, “123MainSt.com”, and “Large Bonus Room”.
